AI has been used in multiple areas of our lives i.e. education healthcare military or entertainment. Organizations have been interested in AI and its associated technologies lately. They are trying to implement it in several key areas including HR operations. For any organization employees are its core asset and resource. Without ensuring their well-being and happiness no organization can move forward to compete with others. However due to a recent surge in employee burnout rates and mass resignation movements it becomes crucial to identify and mitigate these causative factors.Fortunately AI comes to the organization’s rescue here and this discussion is the core theme of this course.
