An oscilloscope's primary function is to view waveforms and determine voltage levels frequency noise and other signal properties that may change over time. Software engineers also use it to debug code and technicians to troubleshoot electronic devices during repairs. It is a simple and handy tool. These considerations make an oscilloscope an essential tool for any engineer. The only issue here is that the equipment could be more pricey.This course aims to teach you how to utilise your Arduino board which is a very inexpensive board and a basic code that you can write on your computer to create a low-cost Arduino oscilloscope capable of performing the tasks for which some oscilloscopes are used such as determining voltage levels for signals. It starts with an explanation of what an oscilloscope is its working principles and the purpose of this project.The hardware and software requirements for this project will be discussed. Next we will take a quick look at the schematic that we will use to make our oscilloscope circuit for Arduino. Also you will be able to understand how to download and install the required components. Following that Python and Arduino coding will be described in detail. The final section will show us the Arduino oscilloscope in action.
