This Spanish course is designed to teach you basic stress-related vocabulary and the hobbies and leisure activities you can do to relieve it. We provide the language phrases you need to discuss what you do to relax and relate accounts about your past and current hobbies.After supplying new vocabulary the course focuses on two grammar areas beginning with the past perfect continuous tense and its forms. We then compare the past perfect continuous tense with its past continuous counterpart and demonstrate how to use the past continuous tense to discuss old habits. Our second grammar topic teaches you how to use ‘soler’ and the ‘copretérito’ and compares the use of the two to discuss past habits.
